Wandile Tonqa
Wandile Tonqa is a self-taught photographer, filmmaker, and creative visionary whose passion for storytelling through images and video began during his high school years at Isilimela Comprehensive School. What started as a way to support his family soon became a full-fledged career in photography and videography. His natural talent, entrepreneurial drive, and desire to uplift his community helped him grow from a local photographer into a key figure in South Africa’s media production scene. Wandile’s journey has led him to work with renowned broadcasters, establish youth empowerment programs, and co-found WATT Media Production Company. He currently serves as CEO of Visual Literacy Media Production.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Founder of Ikhakha Photo Club, guiding youth to explore creative expression through photography.
